Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged,
  • The product is defective, or
  • The product is not working at the time of delivery.


Returns Not Accepted For

Returns are not accepted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of the product
  • Ordering by mistake

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, Color, size, or expectation-mismatch products.
  • Requests must be made within 10 days of delivery
  • Replacement is for the same product only, subject to availability

Return Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery.
  • Requests after 10 days are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return & Restocking Charges

  • A ₹150 restocking fee is applicable to all approved returns
  • This fee is non-refundable
  • The amount will be deducted from the refund

Return Process

Self-Return (Customer-Arranged)

  • Customer ships the product to our warehouse using any courier service
  • After inspection and approval
  • Refund is processed after deducting ₹150 restocking fee
  • Warehouse address is shared via email after approval

Refunds (Prepaid Orders)

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email
  • If approved:
  • Refund is initiated within 3 working days
  • Amount is credited to the original payment method within 4–7 working days
  • Refund amount = Order value − ₹150 restocking fee − shipping charges (if applicable)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If unresolved, email care@shopanchor.in

COD (Cash on Delivery) Refund Policy

  • COD refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer
  • COD refunds apply only for damaged or defective products
  • Customer must provide correct bank details through our secure form
  • ₹150 restocking fee is deducted from the refund
  • Return shipping charges are paid by the customer

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund is processed with no deductions
