Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged,
- The product is defective, or
- The product is not working at the time of delivery.
Returns Not Accepted For
Returns are not accepted for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of the product
- Ordering by mistake
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, Color, size, or expectation-mismatch products.
- Requests must be made within 10 days of delivery
- Replacement is for the same product only, subject to availability
Return Window
- Return requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery.
- Requests after 10 days are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Return & Restocking Charges
- A ₹150 restocking fee is applicable to all approved returns
- This fee is non-refundable
- The amount will be deducted from the refund
Return Process
Self-Return (Customer-Arranged)
- Customer ships the product to our warehouse using any courier service
- After inspection and approval
- Refund is processed after deducting ₹150 restocking fee
- Warehouse address is shared via email after approval
Refunds (Prepaid Orders)
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email
- If approved:
- Refund is initiated within 3 working days
- Amount is credited to the original payment method within 4–7 working days
- Refund amount = Order value − ₹150 restocking fee − shipping charges (if applicable)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your payment provider
- Contact your bank
- If unresolved, email care@shopanchor.in
COD (Cash on Delivery) Refund Policy
- COD refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer
- COD refunds apply only for damaged or defective products
- Customer must provide correct bank details through our secure form
- ₹150 restocking fee is deducted from the refund
- Return shipping charges are paid by the customer
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
- If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund is processed with no deductions
